Recipe for 5 gallons:

9 lbs Maris Otter
1 lb Flaked Barley
1 lb Black Malt
8 oz Special B Malt
8 oz Special Roast

1 oz Simcoe boil 60 min
1 oz Crystal boil 30 min
1 oz Mt. Hood boil 15 min

Lallemand Windsor Yeast
