Recipe for 5 gallons:

10 lbs Belgian Pilsner
1 lbs Caramunich III
8 oz Aromatic Malt
1 lbs D-90 Candi Syrup

1 oz Tettnang boil 60 min
1 Whirlfloc Tablet boil 15 min
0.25 oz Perle boil 15 min
