Recipe for 5 gallons:

10 lbs Pale Ale
2 lbs Rye Malt
1 lbs Caramel Malt 60L
8 oz Carapils

1 oz Chinook boil 60 min
1 oz Mt. Hood boil 30 min
1 oz Mosaic boil 15 min

LalBrew Verdant IPA

1 oz Chinook dry hop 3 days
