Divide milled grain into 2 aluminum pans
Add about 1.5 gallon of 200F water to cover milled gran and bring grain temperature to 149F
Let sit for 60 minutes
Bake at 4 hours at 350F
Stir grains and add to 6 gallons of water at 168F
Sparge for 1 hour
Boil hops in 0.25 gallons of water
Cool and transfer wort and hop tea to fermentation container, and add yeast when at 68F

reduce amount of water added to milled grain, around 1.25 gallons and increase temperature of heated water to 208f
OG was a bit lower than expected, and final volume was 6 gallons, was expecting 5 gallons.
