Recipe for 5 gallons:

7 lbs Wind Malt
2 lbs Unmalted Wheat

1 oz Saaz boil 60 min
1 Whirlfoc 15 min
1 oz Saaz boil 15 min

1.0 pkg BugCountry (East Coast Yeast #ECY20)
