Recipe for 5 gallons:

8 lbs Maris Otter
8 oz Caramunich III
8 oz Flaked Oats
8 oz Victory Malt

0.5 oz HBC 342 boil 60 min
1 oz Cascade boil 30 min
1 Whirlfloc Tablet boil 15 min
1 oz Chinook boil 15 min
