Recipe for 5 gallons:

6 lbs German Pilsner
2 lbs Munich II
1 lbs 4 oz Caramunich III
2 oz Black Malt

1 oz Styrian Goldings boil 60 min
0.50 oz Select Spalt boil 60 min
1 Whirlfloc Tablet boil 15 min
0.25 oz Saaz boil 15 min
0.5 oz Tettnang boil 5 min
