Recipe for 5 gallons:

5 lbs Maris Otter
1 lbs Caramel Malt - 80L
12 oz Caramel Malt - 120L
8 oz White Wheat Malt
6 oz Chocolate
2 oz Black Malt

0.5 oz East Kent Goldings boil 60 min
0.5 oz East Kent Goldings boil 30 min
1 Items Whirlfloc Tablet boil 15 min
