Recipe for 5 gallons:

13 lbs Munich I
2 lbs Vienna Malt
1 lbs 8 oz Caramunich III
8 oz Aromatic Malt

0.75 oz Perle boil 60 min
1 oz Saaz boil 30 min
1 Whirlfloc Tablet boil 15 min

White Labs #WLP833 German Bock Lager

Ferment at 50F until gravity drops to 1.054 then ramp up to 65F in 5F increments. Keep at 65F until gravity stabilizes then cool to 35F in 5F increments.
