Recipe for 5 gallons:

7 lbs Maris Otter
1 lbs Smoked Malt
6 oz Chocolate Malt
6 oz Special B Malt
4 oz Biscuit Malt
4 oz Special Roast

0.75 oz Northern Brewer boil 60 min
Whirlfloc Tablet boil 15 mins
5 Habenero boil 5 mins
