8 lbs Maris Otter Pale Malt
6 oz Chocolate Malt
6 oz Special B Malt
4 oz Biscuit Malt
4 oz Special Roast

1.25 oz Willamette Boil 60 min
Whirlfloc Tablet Boil 15
