Recipe for 5 gallons:

8 oz Rice Hulls
5 lbs Weyermann Pilsner
5 lbs Unmalted Wheat

1 oz Saaz boil 60 min

White Labs #WLP300 Hefeweizen Ale

Brewed April 14, 2020
OG 1.051
Kegged April 28, 2020


Double decoction. Mash at 111F then 125F then 152F
Pitch yeast at 68F. No starter. Once fermentation has begun, ramp up to 75F until 50% complete then ramp down to 68F
